The terms and conditions set forth are the terms under which Q’Matsu operates and all purchases made on our website or via any other method (telephone, email, etc) are subject to these terms. By choosing to place an order with us you agree to those terms and policies.
All Q’Matsu photos are a guide to the style of flowers and gifts that will be delivered. It varies according to the seasonal flower market availability.
In some cases, flowers will be delivered in bud stage to increase the longevity of enjoyment.
Please ensure you provide correct information and delivery date for the recipient to ensure deliveries are made on time.
Please make sure there is a place we can leave the flowers if the recipient is not home.
Please note that accessories such as vases are not automatically included.
Cancellations
You can contact us at hello@qmatsu.com or call (818) 839-0090 to cancel an order no later than 48 hours before your chosen delivery date. For next day deliveries, you must cancel within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order is out for delivery, we cannot be responsible for any cancellations.
Refunds
Goods sold on Q’Matsu website are naturally perishable. The lifespan of a flower varies from bloom to bloom. Depending on the variety, condition and proper care, fresh flowers will last a minimum of 72 hours. If there is a valid quality issue, please send photos and provide a detailed explanation within 24 hours of receiving the flowers, and we can exchange them for new flowers. We do not offer refunds.
We do not offer refunds due to personal preference. All flowers sold on Q’Matsu are designer’s choice, which will be a selection of the finest flowers available depending on the season and market availability. The flexibility gives us the ability to surprise you on a weekly basis.
Deliveries
Make sure to provide us with the correct information and delivery date. If an incorrect address is provided and a delivery has been made, the sender may be subject to an additional delivery fee for any attempts afterwards. We will send a courtesy text or email to inform the sender that the flowers are on the way to ensure that the recipient will be available to receive the flowers. For the office buildings, condominium and apartment buildings, we will either leave the flowers with the front desk or at the front door of the unit depending on the building’s delivery policy.
We employ a third party service for deliveries and are unable to wait with the flowers. Please assist us by either receiving your flowers or notifying your recipient. We are not responsible for any items that are damaged due to weather, theft or conditions that are out of our control.
Caution for Pet Owners
For the safety and health of our furry friends, it’s always better to be on the cautious side to avoid potential hazards. If you have these flowers, it’s very important to place them out of reach. Some examples of flowers that can be poisonous to dogs are sweet peas, chrysanthemums, hydrangeas, hyacinth, hibiscus and gardenias. Some common poisonous flowers for cats are lilies, tulips, daffodils, hyacinth and azaleas.
